  • Europe — 2,165 roles (49%): the dominant market by a wide margin, spanning generative-AI consulting, ML engineering, and even AI-flavored professional services (tax, creative production).
  • US — 1,391 roles (31%): concentrated in enterprise, finance, and national-security work.
  • India — 814 roles (18%): a strong and growing hub, mostly hands-on ML engineering and data science.
  • Rest of World — 38 and UAE — 11: thin for now, worth watching but not where the volume is.

Bottom line: Europe + US + India account for 99.9% of tracked openings.

Who's Hiring

Bespoke Labs leads with 181 openings, followed by Capital One (140). After that the volume spreads across consulting and enterprise: Reply Deutschland (58), General Motors (56), EnthuZiastic (52), Jobgether (49), Booz Allen Hamilton (46), and BC Forward (42). Big names like Google (33) and Deloitte (38) are active but not top-of-list — the demand is broader than the headline labs.

The Roles Themselves

Three patterns dominate the sample:

  1. Machine Learning Engineer — by far the most common title, from platform roles at Scale AI and Instacart to logistics and networking work at Capital One and Palo Alto Networks.
  2. Generative / Agentic AI specialists — consulting and solutions roles (Reply, Citi, Snowflake-focused engineers) plus creative and "AI builder" positions in Europe.
  3. Data Science & applied research — from senior vaccine scientists to national-security analysts at Johns Hopkins APL.

Seniority runs the full range: internships and "no experience needed" placement programs sit alongside Principal, Senior Lead, and VP-level architect roles.
