Europe (620 roles) dominates, more than the US and India combined. Demand spans the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands, with roles ranging from GenAI architects to ML application engineers and AI product managers. Academic institutions are a notable source of volume here.

US (217) and India (216) are nearly neck-and-neck. India's listings lean hard into Generative AI engineering and consulting. The US market is more varied: defense-adjacent roles at Lockheed Martin and MITRE sit alongside commercial openings at Capital One and SeatGeek.

UAE (5) and rest of world (3) are present but minimal — the UAE's handful of roles includes an MLOps Team Lead at Brixio.

Who's Hiring Most

IU Internationale Hochschule leads with 52 combined postings across two entity names — the German university is recruiting hard for its AI degree programs, including dual-study B.A. tracks. Tata Consultancy Services (22) is the top private-sector hirer, mostly GenAI engineers across India. Mindrift (16) stands out for freelance ML engineer roles in Europe. Other active names: Amazon (14), Exakis Nelite in France (13), and defense research firm MITRE (9).

Several recruiting firms — Harrison Clarke, CT Labs, Acceler8 Talent — each have 11 openings, signaling strong contingency demand, especially in the US.

What Roles Are Actually Out There

Generative AI Engineer is the most common title across all three major regions. Traditional ML Engineering roles (senior and staff level) appear at Capital One, SeatGeek, Faculty AI, and Hadrian. The US defense sector wants AI/ML Staff with electronic warfare experience. Europe has a mix of .NET AI developers, application engineers, and AI consultants.

Leadership roles are scattered but real: Head of AI at University of Kent, AI Product Lead at Red King Resourcing, and ML/Ops Team Lead in the UAE.
